Aimtrak light Gun configuration issues

Hi all,
I decided to request some help after spending a lot of time reading all the possible topics here and elsewhere. Admin if you think my subject is redundant, you're free to delete it.
With all the problems listed about this topic I think many "noob" would be happy to have a clear way to configure their Aimtrack Lightgun.My config :
Pi Model or other hardware: 3B+
Power Supply used: Official EU Pi Power supply
RetroPie Version Used: 4.1
Built From: I tried with two different Pre made SD Image of RetroPie from ArcadeP**k [nacho] and [kio dekin]. This last has a preconfigured tool and parameters set for lightgun. Tonight I will try with this image [supreme unified] and also with an installation from scratch and initial V4.5.1 (from here. This is where you can help me from scrath and not third partie image.
USB Devices connected: Aimtrack Lightgun and bar, 8BitDo gamepad (then connected by bluetooth after to have one more free usb), other gamepad recognise as Xbox360 controller (when needed for dual play) and keyboard.
Emulator : Whole of lightgun game tried under AdvanceMame 1.4.
Guide used (and problem encountered): I tried first with kio dekin image and link inside to install package usefull for Gun configuration tool. Gun has been detected but the tool never launch....(message gun detected, loading configuration...) After I manually reinstall the package and follow the whole of the instructions find on github and gunpadawan here. I tried with the Gunpadawan setting first then latter I tried also with infos/setting for advancemame find on this a youtube tuto named "how to get Aimtrak lightgun...blabla.. then I tried a mix of the twice instruction in despair...
Under the desktop environment with cmd startx the gun is recognise as a mouse but with "anarchic" mouvement...
Under /opt/retropie/emulators/advmame-1.4/bin $ ./advm I should see some sort of coordinate when I move the gun but I see some some strange characters like "^Bw" each time I move the gun...I'm not an expert in python/retropie or linux environnement and I admit that I'm a bit lost... I will try to find a windows computer to install the Aimtrack calibration tool and check my firmware version and calibrate the gun on Windows then try again.
I also take inspiration in these different topic : 1rst, 2nd, 3rd and 4th without success... The only thing that I still have to try is to reduce the coefficient to 25% directly under the deferents game but I have to first succeed in making my pointer move on retropie..
Please feel free to gave me any advise... If somebody could be enough kind to share an image with a working configuration of retropie and Aimtrack Gun (with or without rom I don't care) I would be forever grateful to him ! And if he pass by French Alpes one days I will offer him the cottage and the meals (and the wine) with pleasure ;-)

@Ivro74 We don't support 3rd party images and also links to ROMs sites (including image with ROMs) are not allowed - please edit your post and remove them.

Sorry to ping you on such an old topic. Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having exactly the same issue on a 256 build on a p4. Aimtrack lightguns detect, stuck on "Loading configurations..."

@paulr Yeah it's a tough one to navigate. I have the same situation going on and have found nothing so far to help me resolve the issue. Have you found anything?
