          I slightly updated the Knights of the Round overlay. I fixed the inner screen border and tweaked a few things here and there.

          You can download it here - https://bit.ly/2T4SipT 1

          It will also be this updated version in pack #1 from now on

                        thanks for your effort!! i always liked your desings best... and i used to use them on an older system of mine..
                        but now i started a designated retropie project but cannot seem to get your bezels working...

                        have you yourself tried it on a pi?

                        or can someone else here tell me, where to copy the folders to?

                        because... inside your pack there is a folder that contains the images and cfg files all in one folder, and then there is a config folder with cfg files, that are different from the first...

                        and... does my system have to be free of any other bezels that are pointed to? because i trie
                        d out the bezel project and i now wantto replace their overlays and config files with yours

                          @timocologne There should be no problem installing other overlays.
                          How to manually install is explained in my repo.

                            i was talking about the config files that come with orionsangel's bezels.. which seem to include the height and width of the viewport, but are not recognized by my system so that i would have to adjust them manually all over again...
                            but there must be a way, to get benefits from all the hard wrk orionsangel did to figure out those values

                                      i finally figured out, why the cfg files are not working.
                                      i myself am a linux and retroarch/retropie newbie... so it took me bit longer

                                      orionsangel delivers two folders... one of them containing the cfg files with the viewport measurements, that itself linkingto the overlay folder and the config file that is stored there.

                                      the syntax in that first batch of config files is windows based... so the linux system could not understand the directories. for example:

                                      3stooges.cfg

                                      custom_viewport_height = "577"
                                      custom_viewport_width = "756"
                                      custom_viewport_x = "569"
                                      custom_viewport_y = "360"
                                      input_overlay = ":\overlays\arcade\3stooges.cfg"

                                      to get it to work, follow these steps:

                                      run a text replacer. i used the free version of "TextCrawler"
                                      in orions package.... we're dealing with the files in the directory:
                                      Retroatch (sic!) - config - MAME
                                      in all *.cfg files in that directory replace every \ with a / , and then every : with a ~
                                      to make the last lines look like this:

                                      input_overlay = "~/overlays/arcade/3stooges.cfg"

                                      this now points to your raspberry pi's directory:
                                      /home/pi....

                                      so now , from orions package, go to subfolder "Retroatch" (sic!) and copy the whole subfolder "overlays" to your /home/pi/, thus creating the structure:
                                      /home/pi/overlays/arcade/.... that is pointed to from the cfg files that have been changed.

                                      the last step is, to copy all changed cfg files from orionsangel's package , directory Retroatch - config - MAME
                                      to your pi.
                                      Head to the directory /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch/config
                                      in there you'll find all the different emulators needed to run the various arcade games
                                      go ahead and EITHER copy just the ones that correspond to the emulator that is used to run the game into said subfolder, bbecause.... in orionsangel'S package all cfg files are mixed in together and not seperated by emulators...
                                      OR copy every cfg file (50kb in total) to all the possible emulator folders (fba, mame2003, mame2010 etc....) to make sure, each emulator core finds a cfg if needed...
                                      a bit of an overkill, i know... but as is said... i am a newbie... and if someone else could tell me, that there is an easier solution, i'd be glad to know.

                                      that's all for now... i'm off to play some old school classics now... and am looking forward to part two of orionsangels work. a big shout out again to him!
