      Hi all

      I have installed retropie 4.5.17
      I have installed monkypie IMG
I have installed other IMG retropie.

The First Time i opened pi4 and installed retropie , my wifi home Is connected. After reboot, I was no longer able to connect with any version of retropie.
I checked the location of the wifi, the password, I brought the wifi closer to the pi4, nothing, I rewrote new img on the SD, I can no longer connect my wifi home 2.4 ghz

while, installing puppy linux, my wifi connects without any problem.

      Solution?

We don't support 3rd party images - as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
Install Raspbian Lite and update your OS/packages, check that your Wifi is working and then try the manual installation https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Manual-Installation/.

Ignore my previous reply if you read it before I removed. Got mixed up with another forum post.

Use the WiFi configuration in RetroPie-Setup. Set the country for WiFi via raspi-config (it will prompt you to do this). Please provide more details if this doesn't work.

                    Use our documentation btw.

                      @BuZz
I write the solution for my case. Maybe it could help someone

                      Pi4 model b
                      access point: TP-LINK RE450

Retropie, any version for some strange reason does not connect to the access point.

SOLUTION: I had to install an OPEN-WRT custom firmware on the access point.

Once rebooted and configured, everything works.

The strange thing, that the first time, with the firmware stock was connected perfectly, then you can not.
