      Hi all,

Just making a new topic here as requested.

      Pi Model: 3b+
Power Supply used: official 5amp plug
      RetroPie Version Used : 4.5.1
USB Devices connected: Wii u pro controller with a Bluetooth dongle
      Emulator: lr-mupen64plus-next

For me, using any of the AKI engine roms (world tour, wcw/nwo revenge, wwf wrestle mania 2000, no mercy, vpw2) it gives this display error.

Here's the example I mean, it doesn't shrink retroarchs display, as you can see that's still the same, but the rom's display is being shrunk.

It doesn't do this to other ROMs, e.g mario 64 or mario kart. I can't see to find any other ROMs that have this issue, just the 5 or 6 AKI games.

@retropieuser555 does this also happen with mupen64plus-gliden64?

@quicksilver nope, with that emulator it works perfectly. It seems very odd, I'm not quite sure what the emulator is doing with the display window's positioning. I can't seem to replicate it anywhere but with lr-mupen64plus-next.

@retropieuser555 run the game with lr-mupen64plus-next, then open the retroarch menu and go to the quick menu options. Check and make sure that framebuffer emulation is turned on. If it's not, turn it on then exit the game and relaunch it.

@retropieuser555 the long and short of it is that framebuffer emulation is required for many games to function properly. There is a performance hit for having it on, but the alternative is that you'll have issues such as yours.
