      Hi,

A quick call to ask what you guys are using as hotkey buttons. I have three spare buttons on my arcade board. I'm presently using one of those as hotkey button and wondering what usage I could make of the other two. You don't really need them as you can do it all with the button combinations, but hey, those two are teasing me. I bought one of the Bitcade 4 player cabinets but I built the thing myself, I don't really know what Bitcade puts on those buttons when they deliver fully made machines. Depends on the software probably. I'm obviously using Retropie.

Also wondering If you need to wire all those buttons to one player or if you can split them between two players.

      Tim

„Pause“ comes to mind, for hectic situations where a hotkey combination can be missed easily.

MAME's native menu may also be a candidate, if you don't rely on RetroArch's menu alone.

@Clyde Oh, the MAME menu. How do you bring that one up otherwise?

@Tim-s-up Usually it's the TAB key.
