RetroPie 4.6 (beta) Setup Tutorial and Video

I put together a tutorial + video for installing RetroPie 4.6 (beta) for the Raspberry Pi 4. If you're new to RetroPie, this video and the instructions should be helpful to you. You can check it out here. It steps you through the whole process from downloading, burning the image, installing the Pi 4 in a case, setting up WiFi and some brief game-play.
