      ... or am i a stupid person? (hope this!)

      TL;DR = i never get more than 20-30 fps in menus, unplayable

      i play with the 4GB Pi4 on an old 2016 4K Samsung TV.

      I used my whole weekend to get my System working from 4k down to 1080p/60....
      i thoungt that was my problem with the fps. but no :(

      i used this all:
      (/opt/vc/bin/tvservice -m CEA
      /opt/vc/bin/tvservice -m DMT
      /opt/vc/bin/tvservice -s)

      hdmi_force_hotplug=1
      hdmi_drive=2
      hdmi_group=2
      hdmi_mode=XX (div.)
      hdmi_max_pixel_freq:0=200000000
      hdmi_max_pixel_freq:1=200000000
      forcing with 1600x900 in the config.

      At the end i got my 1080p/60 and sound via HDMI.
      I even tried to overclock ist with:
      over_voltage=6
      arm_freq=2000

      and... nope. retropie options i got 30-60fps.
      ingame 10-20 (N64)

      is this normal, am i am just a plain stupid man or is my pi defect?

      Thanks for help :)
      Markus
