      I have the RasberryPie4 4GB and manage to get Redream emulation working on retropie. I put the video output as 680x400 when launching the game. In the emulator is 1280x720. The frame rate is constantly at 9 FPS. I looked around and thought about overclocking it to see if it were to solve my issue. I overclocked it and still having the same issue. Here is my settings for overclocking:
      arm_freq=2000
      core_freq=600
      gpu_freq=600
      over_voltage=4
      I am running out of ideas to solve this issue. I was wondering if you guys have any solutions to this problem I am having. My retropie is up-to-date and my rasberry is as well.

        What system emulator are you trying to use? Is it Wii or gamecube or something?

        You can't beat the classics(unless you copy them).

          What game(s) have you tried? It could be a corrupted ROM, so try a few different games or try to find another copy of the game.

          Have you tried to remove the redream package and re-install from the latest binary?

          Also have you tried using the lr-flycast or Reicast emulators to run the game instead? Both can be found within the optional packages menu. When launching the ROM, hit a button to choose which emulator to use(once you have installed them). All three emulators run well on my RPI4 4Gb at stock speeds.

          Only other thing is to think your pi is throttling, have you any heatsinks/cooling? Are you using a case?
