Redream not not visible in any packages
-
Hi. is Redream no longer available in Retropie? I know it went closed source but I thought the 'free' version was still available in retroarch / rpie.
I have just set up a brand new x86 system with Rpi v4.6.1 on ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS, everything is up do date and there is no mention of redream or lr-redream in any of the 'manage package' options including experimental. Is this to be expected now or might there be some reason why my system cant support it?
Thanks in advance -
lr-redream
has been removed, as it's no longer developed (hasn't been for quite some time). Uselr-flycast
instead. -
@mitu I see in this recent thread that 'redream' should be visible and installable in experimental packages. https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/26461/redream-no-install-option/12
But it's not there for me. Is this because I am using x86 machine and not a Pie?
Thanks -

The standalone
redream
emulator is available just for the Pi 4 at the moment.
