I have a question regarding the pairing/syncing of genuine Playstation 3 controllers between devices.

I have 2 x PS3 controllers working fine with the built-in RPi3 bluetooth, but what happens if I want to play my PS3? How do I go about resyncing to the PS3**, and then after I've finished that, will it be difficult to resync back to my Pi?

I also want to try pairing a controller or 2 to and Android system (like my tablet or a media box) and try to get Retroarch working that way.

I went through a lot of hassle to get my PS3 controllers to work with the RPi3 bluetooth, and I don't want to risk messing them up by trying to re-pair them to the PS3.

** I read up on it and it seems to just be plugging them in to the PS3 via USB a cable and then hitting the PS3 button. Would I re-pair them back to the Pi the same way? Would it be that simple, or would I have to go through the whole setup process on the Pi again?

My ES themes: MetaPixel | Spare | Io | Indent
