tearing and problems

good evening everyone I write this post looking for help, trying for several months to solve my problem without succeeding by searching on Google and reading them videos, I use a Samsung 4K TV and another full HD. Basically the Raspberry in the 4K tv lagging a lot on the emulationstation interface, kodi has a lot of tearing, as well as on lxde the whole interface tears the same thing on YouTube from lxde. my goals were to use the raspberry on tv watching movies, playing games and sometimes using it as a desktop for little things, but without tearing! and finally connect in disk to connect it to the network.

@morugaskorpion the raspberry is a pi 4

@morugaskorpion general rule is, rpi4 will struggle with emulation tasks at 4k. you should force a 1080p60 mode via raspi-config.
