unfortunately I changed something in the retroarch options and the nintendo ds roms don't start anymore. Where do I find the emulator configuration file to delete it?

or what can I do to set the emulator to the initial configuration?

      retropie 4.7.9 on pc

Try to reset your core options for lr-desmume - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/RetroArch-Core-Options/#retroarch-core-options.

@saku00 No, open the file and remove any lines that start with or contain desmume
