joy2key issue

The @gomisensei topic here reminded me an issue I had because of jo2key.
Here is the scenario: my kid is playing some game and I want to do something through SSH. If I launch retropie_setup (or any other tool that starts joy2key)... well... I think you can imagine the mess that it can cause. Unwanted up/down/left/right arrow keystrokes, <enter>, <space>...
So, I think that it is a good idea to check if there is some emulator running before launch joy2key.
