I want to increase the game resolution beyond the default 320x200 so it will look better on my 720p TV. But whenever I do, the in-game text and menu graphics shrink down proportionally. At 640x400 I have to squint to read them, and at anything higher I can't read it at all without getting off the couch.

Is there a way to adjust the text size independently of the game resolution setting?

Standalone Tyrquake has some cvars that control this (scr_menuscale, scr_hudscale), but they don't seem to be supported by the libretro fork.
