        Can you please explain better what you're trying to achieve ? x86 denotes a Intel/AMD CPU, a Pi 400 is using an ARM CPU.

          @jameelperkins31 if your goal is to run GameCube/wii, like in the video, on a pi4000, it’s not going to happen. As @mitu said, it’s for x86, like a normal PC

            @lostless Not sure, haven't watched the whole video in depth, but the pi4/desktop part is, as far as I understood it, on twisterOS which comes with box86 preinstalled - but then there is a link/download mentioned to/for some RetroPie-aarch64-Rpi4..*.** image and some talk about 64bit. Edit: So maybe the emulators could be run on a pi in a way similar to windows-title utilizing wine under box86 (as described in the ventures about it here in the forum) .?. But that is not part of RetroPie and ...
            The image that guy is providing/linking to is a) no official retropie image and b) from the video I am unsure whether it may contain the roms (and I won't try it out (besides legal status of that), you know -> unknown guy, unknown source, who may know what lurks within).

              @Ashpool from what I could tell, I did a quick glance at the video, he’s running a 64bit OS (unbuntu) and installed retropie on top of that and then a 64bit arm version of dolphin. The official retropie image is still running a 32bit os I believe.

                Correct.
                For what is saw in the module-script you can install dolphin on 64bit OS.

                rp_module_flags="!all 64bit"

                Doesn't matter if it is aarch64(arm64) or x86_64.
                But he overclocked to the extreme to get it working in an acceptable way using low resolutions.

                    @jameelperkins31

                    I tried on my Apple M1 using debian11 in UTM and indeed dolpin works on aarch64.
                    On there it's blazingly fast ;-)
                    But I had some instruction errors/hangs.
                    I will try some other games too, when I can.

                    I tried to install lr-dolphin too but that one gives me a black screen.
                    Does it work on your setup ?
