Does xboxdrv have hotkeys, turbo, and toggle settings like antimicrox? (Still part of the Joystick to Mouse {and Keyboard} on ports, topic)

My issue is that recently I installed Fallout 1 and Fallout 2 as a port, and since it is a port, no gamepad support is available, so I made a post here:

I used xboxdrv to translate gamepad inputs to keyboard inputs, but I ask, does xboxdrv have hotkeys, turbo, and toggle settings like antimicrox?

Because I played Fallout 1 on the Desktop (lxde) port, I got used to using
antimicrox because of the hotkeys, turbo, and toggle settings. I could use quicksave by pressing SELECT and TR at the same time, just like in retroarch, and the turbo and toggle helped me gain 70,000 bottlecaps ($ by the way if you don't know about Fallout) without breaking my fingers.
But in xboxdrv, I cant.

Also, can antimicrox run without the desktop?
