Mouse and Keyboard seem to conflict together.

If I have my wireless mouse and wireless keyboard both attached (they use separate dongles) then RetroArch always sees the keyboard as "Mouse Index 1" and my mouse as "Mouse Index 2" because it thinks my keyboard is a mouse:
Is there any way to reserve that so I don't always have to go into the Settings > Input screen when I load a game?
