lr-dolphin not loading with Raspberry Pi 5 (RetroPie on Raspberry Pi OS)
-
Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble with lr-dolphin on my Raspberry Pi 5 (4GB). For the most part, GameCube and Wii games run fine, but recently, Dolphin just won’t load. The standalone Dolphin emulator works fine, but when I try using lr-dolphin through RetroPie, it fails to load. It just opens, flashes something on the screen really quick, then goes back to the emulationstation menu. I tried setting kernel=kernel8.img, but that didn't work. Before this happened, I was messing with the retroarch core settings to try to optimize things, then went to lr-desume (not sure if its relevant). I returned to lr-dolphin, and the problem started.
This has happened before, and the only way I’ve been able to fix it is by reinstalling RetroPie entirely, but I’d like to find a more efficient solution.

@MCG_1983 There's is beta support for the PI5 in RetroPie-Setup, though without an official image release.
