DraStic not installing (rpi4 bookworm 64bit)

I know there isn't official support for what I'm doing, but I'm trying to look into it and I find no reason why it won't install. I'm on version 4.8.9 running in bookworm 64bit lite

DraStic is red on the experimental packages list, and says the following:

Sorry, but package 'drastic' is not available for your system (rpi4)

package flags: sdl2 !all arm !armv6 !mali

Your rpi4 flags: rpi4 64bit aarch64 rpi gles gles3 gles31 mesa kms

Is my board somehow an older model that has an issue??? It doesn't make sense why it wouldn't install from the error I'm getting

It's a closed source 32bit app. You're on a 64bit OS, so it won't run
