I don't know how to code, but have managed to setup a retropie using all kinds of blog posts, petrockblog, etc. I can kind of figure it out as I go, if i need to but prefer to use the in-system menus as much as possible.

I have a Rpi 2 with wifi and bluetooth dongle and most recent retropie version installed from SD card. I am playing PSone (Castlevania SOTN) I can connect my ps4 controller. HOWEVER, when I turn off my pi and turn back on, my ps4 controller will not pair. If I go to the retropie bluetooth menu and 'pair all registered devices', it doesn't work. I have to go into the retropie bluetooth settings and remove the device then re-register it. How can I have the pi and controller connect?

Bonus: Playing SOTN I'm almost done with first Castle but am starting to get some lag issues now, how should I tweak the retroarch settings (F1 in emulation) to play better? Do I have the power to increase the framerate etc or will that increase my lag issues?

      Thanks for any help!
