      Really enjoying the retropie project it has really settled down the last couple of releases and many thanks to all the contributors. So my issue i am loving re-living my childhood with the Vice emulator but one of my old favorite games Way of the Exploding Fist the sound effects do not register, the music plays fine but there are no satisfying crunches when you land a kick. I have tries a couple different rom dumps with no joy. Is this an emulator issue or has anyone got the sound effects to work?

        try switching the emulator sound settings to the more accurate sid emulation (f12 menu)

          Thanks i tried a few of the sid settings with no luck. Does anyone have the sound effects working with this game
