Please read the link again and provide more information - Which snes emulator ? Are you using audio via HDMI or jack ? Which changes did you make in config.txt ? Please post any configs you have "altered" (please use a pastebin site or format the configs in code blocks on the forum - using three backticks above and below - link in the sticky to styling info)

From a terminal what do you get if you do

                speaker-test -c2 (ctrl+c to stop - do you get audio ?)

what is the output of tvservice -s

                Please post your /boot/config.txt

Looks like you have audio_volume set to 0 in both retroarch configs.

You have saved the config from retroarch which makes it harder to manage imho - you might want to consider backing up these configs, removing them, then reinstalling retroarch and the snes emulator from binary to get a default config. You can use the configuration editor to edit them then (and you end up with smaller simple files with just a few overrides in the per system config)

you shouldn't need hdmi_drive=2 in /boot/config.txt as you are using a CEA mode.
