dip switch settings folder

Hi, a question about lr-mame2003 DIP switch. I setted up hundreds of DIP switch settings and i want to back up them but i cant find the folder in which they are stored. Anyone can help? Thanks

@superdan I always assumed it was the cfg folder inside the mame2003 folder in whatever roms folder you are using. For me, that would be arcade. Anyway, I thought it stores this and any mame controls remapping you do--a cfg file for every rom you touch.

Thanks @caver01 I use arcade folder also. Ive searched in any folder inside arcade or libretro or mame2003 etc without any success. I have only manager DIP switch and no input joy. In sure it has saved settings because DIP SW are configured for each game as i setted even after a restart. Unfortunatelly i cant find a folder whith alla these cofig files

@superdan lr-mame2003 should be creating a folder inside ROMs: arcade/mame2003/cfg and inside that, a bunch of .cfg files for each modified rom. If I'm not mistaken, I was able to do a RetroPie rebuild using a new image and putting these back in place and everything worked--especially the DIP switches, as I run most vertical classics in Cocktail mode.

Perhaps someone else can chime in here and confirm or explain where lr-mame2003 stores the DIP switch settings.

if you use the arcade folder i think it's either in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/mame2003/cfg/ or /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/mame2003/nvram/ - probably the former if it was set via the MAME ui.

but, to avoid doubt i would back up everything in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade/mame2003/, as you probably want the stuff in the other folders anyway.
