      I know we have Attraction Mode but I was thinking maybe a video of the game like for 2 to 3 mins could be shown instead of box art,so ES looks for videos in the video folder and it replaces it with it if it finds it has the same name..what you think,I can't do it i am not a coder but just a idea..?

      Or maybe a video screen saver instead of the blank one..??

          There's always Mehstation, but it's hardly updated (albeit more so than vanilla EmulationStation).

          I share your dream Nick, maybe one day our wish will come true!

            I use GameEx on my arcade PC. It works just like what you're looking for and has plenty of options for artwork. However with the video snaps, box art, titles, marquees, control panel, etc etc etc, they're all storage and memory hogs. I love it on my cab, I don't think i'd do it on my pi if it was available. That's just me though.
