Sega and Other Games not Loading

Hello and sorry if this is a noob-ish question.
I have problems with the following consoles; Sega 32X, Sega CD, Master System, Neo Geo, Neo Geo Pocket Color. But not Mega Drive (Genesis)
I have loaded the ROMs in the proper format to the proper folder. Just in case I have loaded the BIOS files in both spots.

@Diesalot you need to say what exactly you did. What files (including the extensions) and what directories. A reading at each system's wiki page would help you a lot.

I think it should be the BIOS; I had some problems with finding the proper Neo Geo bios (care roomset and file location), but sega CD, and Master system was easy:

Thanks for the quick reply. I have read the wiki for each (most) of the emulators.
Transferred them from my Linux machine (with permissions) to the micro sd card. Did the same with the other ROMs with no issue. I have used lr-genesis-plus-gx and lr-picodrive neither works. Strange how Mega Drive works and the others don't.

That is all I can think of... Sorry if I'm forgetting something.
