Reinstalling the PSX emulator from binary sadly did nothing.

The interesting part is the analog stick works in the N64 emulator, and in CLI.

@YoshiFan501 paste your /opt/retropie/configs/psx/retroarch.cfg and /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg in pastebin.com (or something similar) and put the link here. So we can check if it's something with your configs.

I didn't find any problem with your configs. Just one thing to note: there's no need for that system_directory config in your ...psx/retroarch.cfg, this option is already present in ...all/retroarch.cfg. Anyway it has nothing to do with your analag pad issue.

I have! Still no response from analog. Also tried messing with the controller settings to retropad with analog and that doesn't work either.

Its alright! I'll either just wait for a fix or roll back RetroPie

Any other idea on what may be going on?

@YoshiFan501 one of the versions i had to set all the controllers to analog to work so i would try that on some crazy off chance that might help.
