hello everyone i started using retropie 4.0.2 but when i configurate my joypad in emulstation only in
retroarch supported emulators the hotkeys work..... , i wanna use mainly mame4all but its a pain
having a keyboard connected , and without it i cant exit the game... anyone has any idea about this??....
any way to make start+select working to exit mame4all??? , the regular keys all work well....
thank you all for your help.....

Please read https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first as agreed when registering on the forum.

standalone mame4all doesn't use the retroarch hotkeys. You could use lr-mame4all . lr-mame2003 may be even better for you depending on what system you are running on (See link above).

sorry i read a lot of posts but didnt find nothing relevant , i am on a pi1 and mame4all has better performance/graphics than lr-mame...
can i assume that there is no way to exit a rom in mame4all without a keyboard? , the other keys i can map inside the emulator but
the exit one i can't ... tried to look at the mame config files but no luck until now....

@hepc as far as I know, you need to use ESC from a keyboard. Get a RPI 3 ;-)
