Emulator settings - screen before game starts

Hi all,

I'm trying to remove the settings screen for emulators that shows up before the game starts. Every game that I start this screen appears and if I press any button I enter in emulator settings.

Is there any way to remove this screen?

Another option instead of removing it would be to have a Runcommand System Splashscreens instead:
