How to replicate the problem: N/AHey all, I have just installed these two emulators on RetroPie and can't seem to find a way to get them to pop up in the menu.
I've placed the appropriate BIOS in the bios folders for both, and have roms for both in their prospective rom folders.
I ran "ls -lah /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/<insert rom here>" for both systems and the roms populated. I also have ParseGamelistOnly set to "false" in the es_systems.cfg file.
Is there a certain set of roms (ex: header, no header) I need to use for both? Should I be using zip files instead of .col/.bin/.int etc. in the roms folder? I installed both of these at the same time; did that screw things up? I notice in my /home/pi/.emulationstation/es_systems.cfg file that colecovision and intellavision aren't in there, do they need to be?
Thanks for all of your help

@Shizzmoney you have a
/home/pi/.emulationstation/es_systems.cfg
file - this is not created by default so I assume you copied the system one from/etc/emulationstation
to customise it ? You will need to keep it up to date if overriding the system one in/etc/emulationstation

BOOM! That worked. Somewhat of a linux noob obv, and I did update that file to add some extensions for the fds emulator. I matched these up, and now colecovision and intellavision have populated. Thanks BuZz!

@Shizzmoney you don't need to copy it to add extensions. Just create a file
/opt/retropie/configs/all/platforms.cfg
with a linefds_exts=".nes .fds .zip"
(with your extensions and update the emulator in question.If we have a missing extension though it should be reported back to me :-)
