Controls works in some games and in some not

Is PCSX set up to use analog? If so, try truing off analog in the RGUI menu and see if that works. Many games don't work with analog on just like a real Playstation. Unfortunately there is not easy on off button like a real PS1.

it is setup to use analog yes, going to try to turn it off
