      Rpi3, RetroPie 4.1.
I'd post the whole string of text, but it breifly flashes at the bottom of the screen when I try to change the emulator or the resolution before launching a game. The end of the string says Permission Denied.

I had this problem before, but I installed a fresh image and now it's back again. I also installed Pixel yesterday, and I had installed Pixel on my last image and I'm wondering if updating Raspbian packages and then installing Pixel is causing it.

Is this a simple fix? I have absolutely no idea where to even start to even try to get around it.

Edit: If it matters, it's only on certain roms for various systems.
