Wifi/Bluetooth dongle won't connect to anything

So I purchased the Edimax EW-7611ulb thinking it would be awesome to have a single dongle to connect both on one dongle. In the questions someone asked if it works with raspberry pis and I think someone said that they had no problems. Well I am having problems. I have found where to get the drivers but I don't have an internet access to get it the easy way, so first off how do I install drivers from a usb on RetroPi. Once I learn that I can probably start figuring out what to do next on my own.
