I just updated RetroPie, EmulationStation, RetroArch and pretty much everything. I am using a RPi 3 model B and my setup originated from 4.1 and I keep updating regularly.

The problem I'm facing regards shader incompatibility with any clear .png based overlay. While they worked fine last week (before I updated everything), I tried emulating the Game Boy today and it appears that gameboy.glslp and gameboy2.glslp can't work with an overlay anymore.

I now have to use gameboy-screen-grid.glslp which is far less accurate, as the two other shaders make the screen dim and without the overlay visible at all. This disappears and they work fine when I disable the overlay, while the overlay appears fine with any other shaders.

Therefore, I am pretty sure that the update changed something in these two shaders that makes them incompatible with overlays. Any ideas?
