You can find this and more hand crafted quality overlays in the rpie-ovl repository.
And if you want an easy way to install them, @meleu created a great dedicated script.
Perform these commands on your RetroPie:

cd
git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/meleu/rpie-art
cd rpie-art
./rpie-art.sh

After launching rpie-art.sh script you just have to follow the instructions in the dialog boxes. Once you have the rpie-art.shscript, choose the Update option to get all the latest art in the repository.

@udb23 It's really cool. Stern had some fantastic artists. I wonder if they were in-house or commissioned? Obviously the same artist who did Berzerk and Frenzy, amongst others.

@jonnykesh Yes, at that time, with game graphics still very basic ,it was important to gaming companies to attract customers (players) with great artwork.
Also the profit they made with coin-op games was so high they could easily pay great artists.

Flyers were not intended for players but for arcade, bar and pub owners that were selecting the games to rent. Nice girls were often used in these flyers even if there was no connection with the game at all !

sure,LOL.

Nowadays it's just a funny picture. Today in advertising, and in general, we're used to way more "aggressive" girl images.
Can you imagine in the 80's ? That must have been a very scandalous shot ! :-))
