    Okaay that's weird i tried pressing it and it didn't come up so i tried again and spammed it a bit then the pi crashed

        now when i launch it does the same thing except the screen goes fuzzy
        by the way i am running it on 800x 480x touch screen

              it also might be the emulator which is the preset emulator?

                I really don't know what could have gone wrong in fixing your keyboard problem that would yielded display issues. Did this start after you uninstalled and reinstalled Mupen64Plus?

                      The videocore option shows promise for the future, but as of now, I've yet to get a game to run. Try the Glide or Rice options instead.

                        hi res or low res? tried glide not working still fuzzing up then going back to the menu i think its a video problem is there anything else i can change?

                              You can try some more default video modes. Also, you might try retracing all the steps that led to this issue for possible clues.

                                    Lol but do u know how i could fix this keyboard thingy. the only file
                                    in /opt/retropie/configs/n64/ is the emulators

                                      Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mupen64Plus, or is that what started your video problems? I'm not sure where we landed on that.

                                        so i fixed the video but the keyboard is still not working and how would i reinstall mupen64plus also i think the keyboard has been doing this since i started the pi up but only with the n64 tho i may have changed a setting when i first started it up

                                          The instructions for installing are here. You'll first want to choose the 'Remove' option and then follow it up with 'Install from binary'. If that doesn't add the /opt/retropie/configs/n64/InputAutoCfg.ini file, then it might have either been removed purposefully by the development team for one reason of another, or is not being included by accident.
