      Hi everybody,
on my NESPi im using original NES controllers connected to the GPIO pins, which worked fine, thanks to the gamecon drivers.
Now it stopped working (i guess i did an update/upgrade, it did take a while until i noticed).

I tried to update the RetroPie setup script and reinstall the gamecon drivers, but installation fails.

Here's the part of the log file:

      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
      Installing 'gamecondriver' : Gamecon & db9 drivers
      = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
      Starting installation.
      gamecon is the newest version
      db9 is the newest version
modinfo: ERROR: Module gamecon_gpio_rpi not found.
Unable to install binary for gamecondriver

Any ideas how to solve that problem and get my controllers up and running?

      Thank you!

Yes, i tried to remove the gamecon drivers and reinstall them. I also tried the update all packages option (including kernel update) and install all drivers from binary and from source. This is a full log:

Please try this from a terminal sudo apt-get remove db9-gpio-rpi-dkms gamecon-gpio-rpi-dkms

                        then try re-installing
