Where is ROM specific core selection saved?

So, I have a number ROMs that need a different emulator then the default to run, and I have no issue selecting that via the run command screen.
However, I make a backup of my configurations for when the SD card fails.
Instead of having a list of games and manually re-configuring each one, I would like to backup the configuration.
However, I can't seem to find where that setting is being saved.
Where does that get saved to so I can make things easier? -
The selection choices are saved in
/opt/retropie/configs/all/emulators.cfg. -
