Download server is really slow?

It seems like the download server is way to slow than what it should be? Is this normal or does the server have some problems atm?
i'm talking like 0.5 mb per min or less

The server is GitHub so it's either local to your internet connection or your ISP's connection to GitHub's CDN. Try again later.

Nah i found out whats wrong. Tried downloading something else and it seems to be my internet provider are haveing a stroke atm for some reason

Hi all, I'm new to the Pi & retropie. I have a 100mb download speed but I have 4% downloaded, with 2hr 50min left? Does anyone have a better/faster link please? It's failed twice already.... must be the server is busy? Cheers
