Xin-mo cannot be found on Retropie

I have a Raspberry Pi 3 with Retropie.
I have joysticks and buttons connected by Xin-Mo
But: Retropie can't find the Xin-Mo.
It works with PS4 controllers and keyboard, but it can't find the Xin-Mo.
What do I need to do? -
