      Hi,

      I have reinstalled my Pi3 with RetroPie 4.1 and updated it to 4.1.1(Setup-script). And since the clean install any mupen64plus-X(gles2rice,GLideN64, etc.) emulator isn't saving anymore. lr-mupen64plus seems to not run anything at all. And lr-glupen64 seems to be able to create a .srm save file.

      The problem is that lr-glupen64 is currently not running some games(properly) and still seems to be slow compared to gles2rice and GLideN64. But since I reinstalled/updated RetroPie those 2 emulators don't seem to save properly.

      Anyone know why it would not save besides permissions?
      Or a way to make lr-glupen64 at least run Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask?

        What problems are you having with the Zelda games?

        For Majoras Mask, you need to go into the RetroArch core options and enable "Framebuffer Emulation"

          I have been trying some new things. Apparently lr-glupen64 was updated yesterday and it does fix the zelda games with Framebuffer Emulation. Though some games completely die with that enabled. Is there a way to turn that off per game?

            @NeoVidia Framebuffer Emulation is more taxing so games may run slower. There is no way to enable/disable it per game, unless RetroArch has some way to have a custom config file per game.

              @loganmc10

              One of the latest changes made sure FBE is only used when needed, fixing most of the issues!

              Just noticed you are the dev behind GLupeN64. The commits you made the last few days fixed loads of issues and has gone from barely running to running on high res!

              I just want to thank you for all your hard work! You're awesome m8!

                Add me to that too. Just wanted to say thanks to Loganmc10 for the absolutely amazing work done on N64 for the Pi! I'm still on 4.0.2 and that is fantastic, so to hear it's even better with the latest update is just incredible.
