Anyone know of any good sites where I can grab audio files from certain ROMs. Only the ones I own, of course. Just looking for 30-60 second clips, any format, easily grabable. No gameplay sounds preferably, just soundtrack.

My modland interface might be useful.

http://www.exotica.org.uk/wiki/Special:Modland has over 400,000 music modules for various platforms - including plenty of game music. Out of these maybe 200,000 are streamable/downloadable in ogg/mp3 (They are played back/recorded in realtime via various music player software on the server)

          eg.

          http://www.exotica.org.uk/mediawiki/index.php?title=Special%3AModland&ss=1&title=Special%3AModland&md=search&mod=&aut=&for=&col=super+metroid&ins=

is the music from super metroid.

            For 30s movies, I'd recommend Emumovies: http://emumovies.com/

Using Kodi + Rom Collection Browser, I managed to get 30s clips for all my games. You can find clips for virtually all games you're searching for.

Try searching there. There's the possibility of they have music clips too. Or you can download movies, and extract audio afterwards too.

Sometimes you can find samples of theme songs from video games on Wikipedia. They're almost always are in Ogg format.

Here's an example of Supre Mario Bros. Theme:
                  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Super_Mario_Bros._theme
At the top right click on Menu from the Player options and then click the down arrow then right click on the file to Save As.
