What have I done?
at least he's playing Tetris in that last image, so it's kind of on-topic

WOW!
Just seeing this.
Looks like the guy tried to corner the market on retropie kits filled with roms and it backfired on him. -
Anyone else see this on reddit?

@AlexMurphy He is an internet crybaby.
-
@hooperre ME? WAAAAAAAAH! Yeah, I know. "Da internetz hurted my feelies!"
-
@hooperre "Hate speech and exposing personal info"? I'll tell you what is hateful, stealing something that doesn't belong to you and passing it off as your own work. And as for personal info, it is all freely available online in the Trademark application / register. What a dick that guy is!

Couldn't agree more. He certainly loves to play the victim.
This thread has been pretty quiet lately - not sure if that's a good or bad sign. -

I think this is a great point.
-
I hope he keeps to his word and transfers the trademark across - only then would I be fine for this thread and everything on Reddit about it to be removed. Everyone can then move on.
-
@robertybob Well, yeah, he seems like an honourable guy who keeps his word. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could throw him.
-
if he's really a good guy, why he tried to use MTurks for downvoting in Reddit?
-
WTH did I just read? He cares about RetroPie???? Yeah because he makes $$$ of it. Selling preloaded copies with illegal roms? Couldn't we just report him to Nintendo and let them sue him? I've never seen such a rude person as this guy, robs you and tries to justify it.
I really wonder if Nintendo would sue people like him if you reported them? That would be a good measure against people who're doing these kind of practices.
The scammer is kinda funny. Comes here, shows his ego, what did it do? It only exposed him and placed more heat on this topic. Look how stupid these scammers are.
I think the devs should rename the project, trademark everything they can and go public. Longtime ago I said in a topic I don't want RetroPie to become populair and this is the reason why I said it.

Haha lmao I bet he doesn't sleep well anymore after he read this topic. He's the kind of person who'll get upset if you give him feedback, keeps thinking the entire day about it, keeping the anger in his heart. It only shows that he isn't happy and his life probably sucks hardcore. That kind of behavior is extremely childish and unprofessional those kind of people will never make it far in their lives, they'll never improve with anything. I really hope Nintendo sues him and gets a high fine he'll never can cough up. With greedy people if you hit their money you'll hit their souls. You just seen how far this guy would go just to make money. Well, he could sell his kidney lol.

I don't trust my race anymore.

Although registration details may be publicly available, there is no need to post anything. Thanks.

@UDb23 Looks like it was registered in Europe (I assume by Florian). It's currently published and in its Opposition period. That timeline has some issues...

getting more and more interesting each time.....
