beetle is mednafen. they renamed it for whatever reason.

but... only pcsx-rearmed has an ARM dynarec, which means only those two cores will give playable performance on a pi system.

@dankcushions Then can somebody try with beetle even with poor performance? just to see if it boots.

Pcsx has not as good compatibility as mednafend psx/beetle.

I tried it with the same European BIOS that worked on my desktop machine, but it didn't do anything.

@mediamogul Strange... But @horaciowm seems to forget that emulators are not 100% compatible with all games, and not all games work the same in every emulator.

@horaciowm Hello, I register just to be able to comment on this post.
I am also desperate, all the games work except the ISS200.

@machuna wow. I can't believe so many people are looking for the same game. We should form a club! :)

Indeed, I had a hard time tracking down the game because even though I have the original CD here and can play it on my ps3, I no longer have a CD drive on my laptop for a few years now, and the game isn't released as "ISS 2000" here in Europe, but only ISS, which matches all the ISS PRO games instead:)

Yes, I confirm the same. I have tested it exhaustively back in September and then around Christmas time after updating the emulator from source. Nothing helped.

Was hopeful that the latest update would help but I see no commits there whatsoever that would seem to help.

Might be worth posting a bug at the actual emulator project:

                      Best.

Try and download it from a different website like [Redacted: read the forum rules].

[Redacted: read the forum rules] sounds like a pretty good website.

@thepk The game it's not working in pcsx-rearmed, (it works on windows emulators), downloading the game from other websites will not make the game magically works.

@pjft Hello! ISO already found it. I have several.
                              But none works.

@machuna As I said, it doesn't matter the format. The game does not work on the emulator at the moment. Period.

We can only hope that either:
                                a) there are new developments in the emulator that will allow it to run, or
                                b) a new emulator comes up.

I tried both the European and the Japanese releases, with no luck.

@BuZz it's freeware program, but a little difficult to find nowadays.

Edit: found, here you can see "program license free" https://cdmage-beta.jaleco.com/.
