First thing ladies/gentleman, I am new to the PI 3 life and I apologize if this is NOOB question but I have been searching the forum and google for the answer and I haven't found a solution to my issue. I was adding emulators and Roms once they finish uploading I restarted emulation station and error came up on the blue tooth error and all of my USB ports are disabled. I can't get into my PI3 to fix the problem i tried connecting with my PI through WiFi can't get past controller identification screen because my ports don't work. Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this problem any help you can be in this matter would be appreciated thanks in advance for your assistance.

@Dblock honestly your best bet it probably be to start over. Since you have bluetooth and usb not working you have something bad messed up. Just save the headache and do a fresh install.

I figured that was the fix so some files may have been corrupted that blows I had it the way I wanted it thats really discouraging.

@Dblock best thing do do is when you have it set up how you want then copy these folders/files to your pc as backup:

                /boot/cmdline.txt
                /boot/config.txt
                /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/
                /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS/
                /opt/

Plug in the SD card from the Pi into your Computer.
