mupen64plus: Change controller setup for only one rom

Sorry for my bad english!
I don't know how to explain, but i will try.
I want to play a N64 game, but the controls for the game Duke Nukem Zero Hour are terrible. I would like to change the left control stick with the "c" buttons (right control stick), but only for this rom. Is it possible to change this in retroarch or in any config? -
@diblaque you need to be sure what emulator for N64 you're using. If it's a RetroArch core, then you can change this using the core input remapping method. But I'm afraid that the default N64 emulator is the standalone mupen64plus.

Yes,it is the mupen64 emulator. Is there any possibility to change the control settings in this emulator...? And only for one game -

But I suggest you to update your topic's title to something like: "mupen64plus: Change controller setup for only one rom".
Adding the mupen64plus can help too (and removing that "retroarch setti" tag).
