Have you tried microcenter they are not too bad like 50$.

480 ssd are going for around 50$ may be the way to go but you would have to get a external enclousure.

Potential helpers can then look for other problems to solve, and people with the same problem as yours know there may be a solution to be found here. :)

@matchaman An image is exactly that. A snapshot of the complete file structre including all data AND blank space. As was said, you would need to use a disk management tool to shrink the image and remove some empty space in order to fit onto a smaller card. Again, I've never done this myself.
