      @mitu

      Spot on. It was that simple. I just needed to update Skyscraper (thought I had, but evidently not).

      I thought all the scrapers used <platform> tag. So, not only was I barking up the wrong tree trying to fix this, I was in the wrong forest. D’oh!

      Thank you for the guidance. Much appreciated.

      Never really played the PSP and am a bit skeptical to do so if the Pi already has trouble/can't play the PS2

      A pi 4 handles many psp games surprisingly well. Even more performance can be gained by overclocking and setting the display resolution to 720p instead of 1080p via the runcommand menu. Some games will require a little frameskipping and others will be fine without it.

      How did you even get yours to run?
      For the life of me, I can't get any PCE cd games to run.

      @qbical just so you know. As long as you dont change the name or caps/lowercase of the cue file, you can edit the inside of the cue file and naming of the bin/iso without having to restart emulationstation. The cue file and iso/bin files names dont have to match.

      right on! thank you

      I tried placing syscard3.pce in the same folder as the rest of the .pce, .bin, and .cue files. I'm still getting the same result. There is probably an issue with the commands I used to launch the emulator. I had to unzip my TG16 files because they were not loading when I left them in .zip format. Perhaps I should use the same commands I used for that emulator (/opt/retropie/emulators/retroarch/bin/retroarch for the Executable and
      -L /opt/retropie/libretrocores/lr-beetle-pce-fast/medafen_pce_fast_libretro.so --config /opt/retropie/configs/pcengine/retroarch.cfg "[romfilename]" for the Command Arguments). I'm still scratching my head trying to figure this out :-(.
