You could just get rid of the symlink-ed Kickstarts and keep them as files in the whdboot/save-data/Kickstarts folder. Amiberry should still work and the files would be backed-up like regular files.

after moving all the.sh files and re writing the paths it all works now doom and all the other classic fps games are all now one system complete with logo

Answered the question myself by just running part one. It seems to work, but man satellaview games are odd.
