Select & start hotkey not working.

Hi. I'm using a keyboard and a Xbox one controller. Sometimes when I play the keyboard stops responding.
But my main issue is the hot keys have stopped working. I tried a lot of things. Remapping all kinds of ways. Sometimes the hot keys on my keyboard works tho. Please help!

@arakash hotkeys/combos only work for player 1.
