Hi all! New around here, setting up my first RetroPie :) A few questions if you don't mind (emulators and BIOS)

Hi!
I'm new around here. I've had a Raspberry Pi 3 around for a while and just recently decided to make a RetroPie out of it.
Ordered a pair of oldschool SNES gamepads and got started! And it's awesome! I'm really impressed with how far this project has come.
My plan is to build a simple and portable setup. And as I mentioned, using SNES controllers, so I limit myself to games that are made for 8-button controllers.
So far I've settled for most popular ones:
- NES
- SNES
- Game Boy
- GB Colour
- GB Advance
- Sega Master System
- Sega Genesis
- Sega Game Gear
But I've also looked at NEO GEO and it's pocket counterparts. As well as Atari 7800 (as it's the one without a numbpad on the controller afaik).
My question is, which of these should I get the BIOS for? I seen BIOS for a lot of systems, but I'm not sure if they make anything better? I gladly set up BIOS for any emulator if it makes it better.
Also, any other consoles you guys recommends? They need to be well supported and run smoothly on the RPI3 as I wan't a seamless experience. I've skipped PlayStation because it requires analog thumbsticks.
Thanks all ;)

@blodskolt If it says a system requires a BIOS then it requires a BIOS. This does not make it "run better" in most cases. Without it the system will simply not run. If the docs say a system requires a BIOS get the BIOS and put in in the folder specified in the docs.

the ps1 didn't have an analog controller until some years after release, and even after that only a few games actually require it. i think ape escape only?

@dankcushions This is true! I've been thinking the same, but how well does the PS1 games run on the RPI3?
@jonnykesh Ah ok, I just come across so many BIOS roms out there, but I guess I should worry about them.
Another thing. I'm using the Steven Selph scraper, and so far it's great. For like 99%. But, what do I do about the ones that it gets wrong? Is there an easy way to select another data-dump for a single game?
Any recommendations on the setting btw? I'm using ScreenScraper as the console source and theGamesDB for names, But I've seen games that have the wrong name, yet have the right boxart and preview video.
Thanks again ;)

good news! perfectly :) there a few psx games with niggles but 99% will run at full speed with no issues.
